Pre-registration for Manifest is available from now until 7th of September 2008. The prices for each Membership Type are as follows:

All Memberships entitle attendees entry into Manifest on Friday, 26th of September

Weekend (Personalised) Memberships are a limited edition special membership that enables an attendee to have a customised name appear on their membership badge. These badges are limited to 300 general attendees. No discounts apply for children 15 years or under.

For everyone whoq registers online but chooses to pay via Money Order, Cheque, or Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer you should take note that your membership is not reserved until we have received and processed your payment. If your payment is received too late – this may mean that your membership type has actually sold out. We will contact you if this is the case.

Remember that the safest way to ensure that your membership is reserved for you at the time of registering is to pay by credit card. We strongly encourage everyone to pay for their membership as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. You can pay for membership via our online registration system using your credit card at any time once your details are in our database, even if you mailed your forms in.

Please note that on the 8th of September we will no longer be processing mail-in registration, or processing payments via money order or cheque. Any registrations or payments received via these methods after this date will be returned/ rejected as applicable.

If you have sent us payment or forms close to the deadline and have not received a confirmation of registration/ payment or continue to receive reminders to pay for your membership, your registration may have arrived past the deadline and you did not provide a return address for us return the registration to you. Please contact our registration team at registration@manifest.org.au if you think this may be the case.

On the 8th of September, pre-registration for Manifest will be officially closed.

Remember that all unpaid memberships are not reserved.

Hours of Operation of Registration (when you can pick up, or purchase memberships)

Our registration department will have the following hours of operation:

Friday, 26th September:
12:00pm – 07:00pm

Saturday, 27th September and Sunday, 28th September:
10:00am – 05:00pm

Please note that these hours of operation may change, we will endeavour to ensure that the registration department will honour the published hours of operation.

Remember that Manifest runs until 10:00pm each evening and registration closes at 07:00pm Friday and 05:00pm Saturday & Sunday. This means that memberships cannot be purchased for the final three hours of each day, and must be purchased on the next day (if available).

Unreserved and Reserved Membership – what does this mean?

All memberships that have not been fully paid for and processed by us are marked as Unreserved Memberships. This means that while your membership remains unpaid, that it is not being held for you. This is applicable to all membership types, including personalised weekend memberships.

As there are only 300 personalised badges available, even if you are the first person to register for one, if we have received and processed 300 full payments for personalised badges, and not received and processed your full payment, your membership will be downgraded to a standard weekend (you will only pay for the membership you receive.)

This also means that if you have registered yourself for any membership type but have not paid and Manifest begins, we will sell all memberships to meet demand and sell all unreserved memberships once all available memberships have been sold. This could result in you being turned away at Manifest due to memberships being sold out.

We urge you to ensure that you pay the full amount for your membership and ensure that you receive your confirmation of payment being processed. Do not ignore reminder e-mails you receive from us to pay for your membership even if you believe you’ve paid. Follow up this with us by sending an inquiry to our registration team at regisration@manifest.org.au and find out why your payment has not been processed.

Reserved Memberships mean that we have received and processed your full payment and that we will hold your membership for you for the running of Manifest 2008. Your membership badge will not be re-sold or offered to anyone else at any point in time, and you are guaranteed entry to Manifest 2008 as long as you collect your membership before registration officially closes, which is scheduled for 7:00pm AEST each evening of the festival.
