- All video media must be submitted to the Information Desk or to the AMV

- Only one video per person/group. Note that only singular prizes will be given: whether you are on your own or as a group, you will only receive one prize for the one video.
- You can only use the anime footage that you are given.
- You are allowed to use any music and/or theme for your AMV as long as it is suitable for a general audience. This means no excessive adult themes or
profanity.
- AMV must be no longer than 5 minutes.
- AMV must not have an intro, credits, bump in or bump outs, or any other additions that do not immediately relate to the content of your video.
- No heckling and no lewd or lurid behaviour during the competition.
- Manifest Organising Committee Members and Judges are not allowed to enter in this competition.
- You must submit videos that only you yourself or your group created.

convention itself may also result if you are discovered.
Note: Rules are subject to change at any time.

must specify the most likely codec that you will be rendering in (see the entry details below).
Saturday:
- The Chairman unveils the anime to be used.
- Contestants grab the anime and have until the competition the next day to
produce their entry.
Sunday:
- Contestants are taken through a small instruction session an hour before the contest.
- The AMVs of each contestant will be screened to the audience and a panel of judges.
Note: We want to point out again that you can use any video
editing program and any computer that you can get your hands on. This
means you can bring your laptop computer and start editing in Manifest itself,

computer, or however else you want. It's completely up to you, but note
however that Manifest will not provide you with a computer and/or
