Accommodation
This year we will be booking accomodation through Hotel Bakpak (www.hotelbakpak.com)
which has been the main hostel for Manifest attendees over the last few years.
We have booked 2 floors for people wishing to stay in the city during the convention.
The bookings are based on an arrival date of 22nd September (Friday) and a departure date of 25th September (Monday).
Accommodation at the hotel includes:
- Free light breakfast daily (two pieces of toast & tea or coffee served at Cafe Bakpak between 8-9am)
- Free pancakes. Sunday morning only.
- Free airport pick-up * note * those wanting this service must contact Melbourne Discovery to pre-book their seats. Current travel times are 7.15am / 10.15am / 12.30pm / 6.30pm / 8.45pm. Subject to change without notice.
- Buy one get one free drink voucher for those group members over the age of 18 to be redeemed at the onsite bar located on the basement level.
- Small screening theatre.
The above may include restaurant discounts but at the moment this is not confirmed.
The cost per night is $34.
Note: This price is for group booking and will differ from the prices located on the hostel bakpak site. The extra charges cover reservation of rooms, last minute dorm changes and administrative overheads. This price is only valid until 24th August
For Groups
Dorms come in sizes from 4 bed up to 16 bed.
Please note when booking as a group that the group leader is the only person authorised to change the booking, if you need to change anything regarding your booking please contact them and they in turn can contact me. The group leader is also responsible for the collection of monies from the groups members and paying of said monies to myself.

Note: If you do not have a group to book with and still wish to stay at our preferred venue, please provide the following information. While I will try and place you in a single room (if you'd like) you will most likely end up in a dorm room with other anime fans.

All forms must be recieved by 24th of August and payment recieved by 8th of September, there are NO exceptions.
Payment can be made by with direct deposit or money order, upon receipt of your form you will be provided details for both payment methods.
If people miss these dates, chances of getting rooms may be very slim.
After September 8th, those interested are suggested to directly contact "Hotel Bakpak"
