MANIFEST 2002 present Cosplay* competition!! This is where the anime characters in you run will, this is where you will gather and parade before our panel of judges to find the best-dressed fan in town, also up for competition is the title of best character roleplay.

* Costume Roleplay (Cosplay) is equivalent to the term Masquerade, but solely restricted to the costuming of Japanese characters, from anime, manga and gaming
