Welcome to MANIFEST 2001
Melbourne Anime Festival 2001 is a non-profit festival brought
by anime fans for anime fans. Sponsored by 4 Melbourne anime
clubs: Monash Anime and Comics Club (MACC), Melbourne Anime
Society (MAS), Swinburne Anime Club (SAC), and Weekly Watchers
of Wonderful Anime (WWWA).
We've decided to run Manifest 2001 from 10 am to 9 pm on
each Saturday (August 11) and Sunday (August 12), and we are
holding roleplaying, cosplay and trivia competitions on each
day.
After the success on Manifest 2000, we've decided to bring
you Manifest 2001. Learning from our experiences, we are hoping
to bring you a better festival experience this year. The main
event would be the anime screenings that will be run in two
theatres this time, with more and better choices.
